1 Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged shoes in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review our detailed Return Policy on our website for complete instructions.

2 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3 Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
